FAQs

How do I get started?

Choose a treatment pathway and complete the relevant assessment, or schedule a consultation if you would like to discuss your options first.

Does completing the assessment mean I will receive treatment?

No. A clinician reviews your information and determines whether treatment or another next step is appropriate.

Will I need tests?

Some treatment pathways may require testing or a consultation before a care plan can be recommended. Your clinician will explain any requirements.

How will my information be used?

Your information supports the assessment and care process. Our Privacy Notice explains collection, use, sharing, and your privacy rights.

What actually happens at the free consultation?

You sit down with one of our health coaches and talk through what brought you in — symptoms, history, anything you have already tried, and any bloodwork you are carrying. They will tell you what we would look at and what treatment here would involve. There is no charge and no obligation to book anything afterward.

Do I need a referral?

No. You can book with us directly. If you would like us to coordinate with your family physician we are happy to, but nothing here waits on a referral.

How quickly will I feel different on HRT or TRT?

It genuinely varies between patients, and we do not put a timeline on it. What we can tell you is how we work: we re-test, we review how you are feeling against what the bloodwork shows, and we adjust. If something is not working, we would rather change it than wait it out.

How should I prepare for a first appointment?

Bring any bloodwork from the last year, a list of medications and supplements, and the questions you actually want answered.
